Initial Adult Psychiatric Evaluation

• Comprehensive assessment of your mental health concerns, medical history, and treatment goals.

• Duration: 60  minutes

Adult Follow-Up Consultations

• Regular check-ins to monitor progress, address concerns, and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.

• Duration: 30 minutes

Initial Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Evaluation

• Comprehensive assessment to understand a child's emotional, behavioral and developmental well being. The assessment will include interviews with both the child and the caregiver.

• Duration: 60-90 mins

Child and Adolescent Follow-Up Consultations

• Regular check-ins with the child and caregiver to monitor progress, address concerns, and make any necessary adjustments.

• Duration: 30 minutes

Please understand that paperwork and administrative tasks are an essential part of maintaining accurate records and providing quality care to our patients. In order to dedicate the necessary time and attention to these tasks, we kindly request compensation at an hourly rate at $100 an hour. The types of paperwork completed are:

• Disability Documentation

• FMLA Forms

• Legal Documentation

• School Forms

• Other Administrative Tasks as Needed

As a courtesy to our clients with PPO insurance plans, we provide statements which can often be used to seek reimbursement.
